Students will be taking weekly quizzes on the concepts reviewed/introduced in class. Students have the option of "testing out" of a certain topic if they feel they already understand the concept well. This week there are no projects as we are still reviewing. By the end of this week students will have completed 4-6 quizzes depending on their level of comfort with the topics that have been taught.
Ask your child to show you an example of what they have reviewed/learned that day and have them walk you through an example. Students are required to maintain a notebook which should include: the problem of the week, warm-ups, and notes. Ask to see their notebook to help keep them organized and to encourage review of class material.
